How much do fundraising managers make?

The median annual wage for fundraising managers was $125,470 in May 2025, so half of workers earned more and half earned less. The lowest-paid 10% earned less than $75,130 and the highest-paid 10% more than $222,350. As an hourly rate, the median is $60.32. About 38,810 people work in this occupation nationwide. The highest state medians are in New York ($169,510), New Hampshire ($157,080) and Rhode Island ($155,970). After taxes and local prices, though, a median paycheck goes furthest in New Hampshire.
