How much do parking attendants make?

The median annual wage for parking attendants was $35,150 in May 2025, so half of workers earned more and half earned less. The lowest-paid 10% earned less than $27,040 and the highest-paid 10% more than $44,550. As an hourly rate, the median is $16.90. About 137,880 people work in this occupation nationwide. The highest state medians are in Washington ($43,180), Colorado ($39,330) and Oregon ($38,730). After taxes and local prices, though, a median paycheck goes furthest in North Dakota.
