The median annual wage for flight attendants was $63,580 in May 2025, so half of workers earned more and half earned less. The lowest-paid 10% earned less than $35,110 and the highest-paid 10% more than $136,430. About 131,650 people work in this occupation nationwide. The highest state medians are in New York ($126,650), Utah ($82,730) and California ($82,170). New York also comes out on top after taxes and local prices.
